At Canvas of Faith, our ultimate goal is for you to completely cherish your new sacred artwork. If for any reason a product does not fully meet your expectations, we provide a comprehensive 30-day window for returns, replacements, and refunds under the guidelines below.
1. Physical Artworks (Wrapped Canvases & Prints)
- Condition Requirement: To qualify for a standard refund, returned parcels must arrive back at our facility in their unused, original state and original packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Dispatches: In the rare event that your artwork arrives defective, torn, or differs from what you ordered, we will immediately arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund.
- General Returns (Change of Mind): If you simply decide the piece is not the right fit for your space, a return is still fully supported; however, the return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility.
- Processing Order: Please note that all refunds are strictly executed only after our warehouse team receives and inspects the physical return item.
2. Product & Size Exchanges
- Dimention Swaps: If you accidentally selected the incorrect size or wish to switch to a different art variation, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange.
- Exchange Criteria: The original product must be sent back to us in pristine condition. Depending on the scenario, customers may need to cover the logistics cost of shipping out the new replacement piece.
- Availability: All requested swaps are dependent on current stock levels and production capacities.
3. Modifying or Canceling an Order
Because every single canvas is printed and assembled on demand specifically for you, cancellation requests are time-sensitive:
- Pre-Production: If your order has not yet entered our printing queue or dispatch phase, we can halt the process and issue an immediate, full refund.
- In-Production or Shipped: Once our modern facility initiates the printing process or hands the package to the courier, we can no longer cancel or alter the order.
How to Submit a Return Request
To ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience, please follow these steps within 30 days of receiving your package:

- Provide Order Details: Include your unique purchase number and a brief explanation regarding your return or swap request.
- Submit Visual Proof: For any items that arrived broken, bent, or damaged during transit, please attach clear photographs of the damage.
- Follow Return Instructions: Our support team will respond with step-by-step guidance on where and how to ship your return package.
- Receive Your Funds: Once our facility logs your returned item, your refund will be processed. The credit typically reflects on your banking or credit card statement within 3 to 7 business days.
