Mouth taping takes a few nights to feel natural. That's why EasyBreath comes with a full 30-day risk-free trial — try it nightly for 30 days. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
- Email support@tryeasybreath.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Ship the item back using the address we provide. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), we'll issue your refund.
Refund timing
After we approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping for defective items is on us.
Non-returnable situations
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse or modification.
- Items shipped back without an RMA number.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of checkout, before our warehouse processes the shipment. Email support@tryeasybreath.shop as soon as possible.
