Order processing
After you place an order with EasyBreath, our team prepares your package within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days.
Delivery windows are estimates from our shipping partners and may occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday volume.
Shipping cost
Shipping is 100% free on every EasyBreath order, with no minimum and no hidden handling fees.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. If you don't see the email within 3 business days, check your spam folder before reaching out.
Address changes & issues
If you need to change your shipping address, email us at support@tryeasybreath.shop within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed, the address cannot be changed.
If your package is marked delivered but missing, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early), then contact us — we'll help you file a claim or send a replacement.
